The Perfect Hot Dog

After hearing about this ingenious idea through the world wide web, we just had to try it, so I went out bought some Hebrew National Beef franks (our hot dogs of choice, but you can use your favorite), skewers, buns and condiments. We then skewered the dogs down the middle and spiraled the knife down the hot dog, at a slight angle cutting all the way down to the skewer. Once you take them off the skewer then you can throw them on the grill and now you're ready to garnish with your favorite toppings. The best part is no more messy hot dogs spilling out all over the place. These new juicy grooves allow the toppings to have a place to fall into. Making this a great conversation starter and great for those loaded chili cheese coneys my family loves.
How do you like your hot dog?
